Policies
Early Morning Fee
For any services needed before 7am, the following fees will apply.
6AM-7AM $50
Before 6AM $75
*Any time before 5AM will require an overnight accommodation.
Travel Fee
A travel fee of $30 is required up to the first 15 miles. For every mile over the initial 15, an additional $1 per mile will be applied. Travel fees are waved for any locations under 10miles (round trip).
If flights are required, client will be held responsible for cost of flight, transportation to and from hotel, hotel accommodation, as well as transportation to and from the location where I’ll be expected.
Parking/Overnight Accommodations
Clients will be responsible for any valet, parking garages, tolls, etc. , as well as hotel rooms if necessary.
Pricing
A $100 save the date fee is required day of booking via venmo or cashapp to reserve your event date. This deposit is non-refundable and puts you officially in my schedule. I will mark off my entire day for your special event to ensure plenty of time and quality service. This deposit also lets me know that you‘ve read and accept all terms listed below.
50% of your total is due exactly one month after your deposit is sent. This payment is refundable up until two months before your event date. Any time after the two month period, this payment becomes non-refundable **no exceptions**.
The remainder of your payment will be due two weeks before your event date. At this time all payments - excluding travel - become non-refundable **no exceptions**.
Any additional services will be expected to be paid in full the day of event.
Pricing is non-negotiable. Gratuity is not included in any of my pricing, and never expected but always appreciated.
I accept cash, venmo, cashapp, zelle, check, or apple pay.
Cancellations
Cancellations of a wedding must be given within a two month time frame before your reserved date. Cancellations given within this timeframe will result in a full refund of your first payment of 50%, as well as your payment for travel - if applicable.
All other cancellations must be given within a two week time frame before your reserved date. Cancellations given within this timeframe will result in a full refund of any payments made at this time.
Cancelling within the given time frame ensures your deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancelling any time after the given time frame, your deposit will no longer be refundable.
